Help ! I think somebody is following me! Or maybe something ? Oh my god it is closing in on me !!

You are walking in an empty street only lit by the moonlight. The only sound you hear is your footsteps : tap, tap... tap,tap....tap, tap.... clomp, clomp... Those are not your footsteps....

You turn around, look in the distance, and ... nothing, must have been your imagination.

Tap, tap.... tap, tap.... clomp, clomp.... The sound is closer, more clear! You turn aroud once again, you just get a glimpse of a shadow, disappearing in the mist. You are rationnal, it may just be an hallucination caused by the mist itself.

Tap, tap... clomp,clomp...tap, tap....clomp, clomp ....

At each of your step, you can feel a presence getting and closer and closer, but every time you turn around, as fast as possible... and nothing.

But you know, IT'S HERE. Behind your back. It follows you.

You are not walking anymore, you begin to run, but each of your "tap" is matched by a "clomp". Closer, closer. You can almost feel a hot breath touching your neck.

You do not want to look behind anymore, just be far, far from here. 

So you run, you run. And then you see it. Your doom. Not the presence. But the wall. A dead-end. You should have turned right, but for some reason you went left. 

You don't hear the clomps anymore. You don't need to. You know it is behind you. You turn around. The shadow is getting clearer and clearer. You scream. But no-one is there to hear. No one, but you and this.
